Before you can connect with our service technicians, please ensure that you have the following... a Google account (Gmail) and your account credentials, the google chrome browser installed on your computer, your computer's admin username and password.

Once Chrome Remote Desktop software has been installed on your computer, click the generate chrome button on the Chrome Remote Desktop browser window, and share the code with the technician. This one-time code will allow our support technicians to connect to your computer.
